Did 3 X 1 lap (1.33 miles) repeats at Betts park tonight. 10:48, 10:40, 10:32. I will be down there Saturday for a much different reason...be sure to go down to the Gus Macker basketball tournament and Burger festival. Should be a good time!

ReplyDeleteMy son and I did a 4 hour adventure race in Pittsburgh yesterday. What a good time and a nice day.
I'm still here and following my plan. Did 8 x 400's at Beaty this morning. All were from 1:45 to 1:49 but hard! I know Jen was racing down there last weekend too but I haven't heard how it went for her. How old is your son? Great that you raced together!
