Do you want to run a faster 5k this year??
This is a blog to allow to ask questions while working on your aerobic fitness and getting faster.
The program is set up to have a 5k race as a baseline time i.e the Dianne Kelly 5k- Warren, PA and then provide a FREE 8-12 week training plan to help make you faster by the YMCA June 16th 5k.
